- A ProDescs ® Professional will follow up and request additional information based upon the specific interest and request made by the client.
- Continued communication is faciliated in order to determine what services best suit the specific circumstances of the client. Pricing, cost and timeline of the specific service are determined and presented. Client and property location information is confirmed.
- Upon determination of the specific service required, a standard service agreement is entered into that includes pricing, cost and expected timelines for the service agreed to. Depending on the service secured, payment, a deposit and/or a hold of funds will be required to proceed with the services requested.
- ProDescs ® service procedures are implemented to expedite completion and presentation of the services requested and secured.
- ProDescs ® confirms service presentation, completion and satisfaction with the client. Revision, adjustment and/or any futher work required to complete the work is scheduled and completed.
